These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BookingsPlace website, mobile applications, and services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
BookingsPlace is a marketplace that connects customers with independent vendors who offer bookable services. We provide the technology that enables listings, bookings, communication, and payments. Vendors are independent third parties and are solely responsible for the services they provide.
A user may act as a customer, a vendor, or both. Vendors set their own service details, availability, and pricing, and are responsible for accurately describing their offerings and for delivering the services they accept. Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and for honoring confirmed bookings.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable booking terms and any vendor-specific policy shown at booking. If a dispute arises between a customer and a vendor, either party may raise it through the Platform. BookingsPlace may, at its discretion, help resolve disputes and determine how any funds held in escrow are refunded, partially refunded, or released.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant BookingsPlace a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Platform. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences tied to real bookings. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BookingsPlace does not provide the underlying services and is not a party to the contract between customers and vendors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookingsPlace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of customers or vendors.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
